Documents are removed from NotehallIndia in 2 scenarios:
Notehall users can cash out when their account balance reaches a minimum balance of Rs500 or they can always exchange their balance for credits with any account balance.
Credits are used to buy any documents available on NotehallIndia.com Credits can easily be purchased in packages on NotehallIndia.com. The higher a package is in price the less expensive it is per credit.
Credits that have been purchased will be available to users forever from their date of purchase then remaining credits will expire. If students don't use their initial free credits within 60 days of when they register these credits will expire.
A checks should arrive within 5-10 days after you cash out.
If a student has downloaded a bad document, they should immediately flag the document so the document can be reviewed and if needed taken down by Notehall Administrators. Those students that purchased this document will be reimbursed their credits. Simply email info@notehallindia.com and explain the problem with the document.
If users find a bug they are encouraged to email Notehall's technology administrator at tech@notehallindia.com. Please explain the bug and exactly where it was found on NotehallIndia.com and what you were in the process of doing. Those who first find these bugs will be rewarded with credits.
To ensure that you make a successful transaction using your credit or debit card, please keep in mind the following
1) Confirm that your bank authorizes you to make online transactions using your credit/debit card.
Most banks do allow use of debit cards for online transactions, however in case you are unable to make a successful transaction, you can confirm if your bank allows you to use your debit card to make an online transactions by going to your banks website. A list of bank websites can be accessed from the following link <http://www.indiaonline.in/Utilities/List-of-banks.aspx>.
2) Register with Verified by Visa (for Visa card holders) or Master Card Security Code (Master card holders). This is a mandatory registration that has to be done from the website of the bank which issued you the debit/credit card i.e. if you have an ICICI bank credit/debit card then you have to register for Verified by Visa via the ICICI bank website. Registration is completely online and requires no additional document except your Credit/debit card. Activation is immediate and it’s a very quick and easy process.
Similarly for Master Card users, you have to log on to your banks website and register your Master Card Security Code. The process is identical to the Verified by Visa process.

3) Once you have registered you can proceed to using your credit/debit card for buying the notes you need or for any other online transactions.
Step 1: Enter all card details correctly on to the Payment Gateway
Step 2: Enter your Verified by Visa or Master Card Security Code when asked
Step 3: Receive your credits
NOTE: DO NOT MOVE AWAY FROM THE TRANSACTION PAGE AT ANY POINT DURING THE PROCESS, AS THIS MIGHT INTERRUPT THE TRANSACTION AND YOUR TRANSACTION WILL FAIL! ONLY MOVE AWAY WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CREDITS AND YOU CAN SEE THE SUCCESSFUL TRANSACTION' MESSAGE.
If on making a purchase, you receive a confirmation from your bank that the transaction was successful, yet you have not received the credits you purchased immediately after the transaction then please send your name, University, email ID you registered on Notehall India with and the credit package you purchased to info@notehallindia.com with 'Credits Purchased but Not Received' in the Subject line. We will get back to you within 12 hours and add credits to your account if the money is received.
